Electrical Engineer
Boeckeler Instruments, Inc. seeking an Electrical Engineer, Research and Development in the Tucson area. Position will be supporting new product design, research and development, as well as implementing changes in present products for enhanced improvement. Requires working with embedded system analysis, logic circuit design for video stream processing, computer modeling for biomedical instruments and temperature control systems, software and algorithm design for image processing, software development for control systems and database systems. Requires a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent plus knowledge preferred of digital signal processing, design techniques, general circuit test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators, image and video standards. C, C++, VHDL, and Verilog programming, control system design based on PIC, and 68HC11 micro controllers, embedded design with PowerPC processors, Microsoft Windows programming, experience with FPGA programming based on MPEG and programming skills for TI DSP chipsets.
